Rory James – Chief Operating Officer
Rory joined Seaport in 2010 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. He has extensive experience in commercial lending with nearly 20 years' experience in Bank of America private lending, and Comerica Bank's technology and life science lending. Previously, he owned and operated a real estate investment business. He holds a B.A. in Communications from Pacific Lutheran University and also holds Insurance and Securities Licenses.

Nate Highlander – VP of Operations & Finance
Nate joined Seaport in 2012 as the Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he was part of Comerica Bank's Technology and Life Sciences division that provides debt capital for private equity and venture capital-backed companies. He earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Todd Raymond – Operations Manager
Todd has been a part of the Seaport Steel team since 2001. He has held various positions in sales and operations throughout his career at Seaport. This depth of experience within the organization, prepared Todd for his current role as the Operations Manager. Todd received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Portland.

Seth Colner – Flat Rolled Group Manager
